Reminders+ is the latest tweak for the jailbreak iDevice users. This reminders+ will add the reminder list on that place where it will come in front of you every time when you press the home button to unlock the iDevice.  From there you can tap to the reminders list and can know about the reminder type.

When you will download this tweak, then no new icon will add up to your springboard and not even in the Settings app. The user interface of this tweak is very simple and good. If you want to any reminder in reminders+, then press on the text and then a menu will appear asking you to ‘add a bulletin’.

After all this the reminder will add up to the lock screen.
