Use Your iOS Device As A Personal Hotspot:

To activate Personal Hotspot feature, go to the Settings option.

After that tap onto the Personal Hotspot option.

Now you will see two options Wi-Fi and USB. If you are using Wi-Fi facility then your iOS device will automatically create a password. After that if any device tries to connect to your personal hotspot then he will be in need of that password which you have created for your iOS device personal hotspot.

Or if you want to use it with USB cable then connect your iOS device to your computer with USB cable. Choose iPhone from the list of network service in your settings.
